Our first Alpenglow puppies are currently expected in late 2027, pending health testing, timing, and what is best for the dogs.
Our goal is to raise American Cocker Spaniels who are merry, beautiful, healthy, trainable, and wonderful to live with.
Updates about future plans will be shared with our interest list first.
Interest list vs application
There are two steps.
Interest list: a low-pressure way to receive updates and let us know you may be interested in a future Alpenglow puppy.
Puppy application: a more detailed form for serious homes when timing is closer.
Joining the interest list does not guarantee puppy placement.
Puppy placement
Not first-come, first-served.
Alpenglow puppies are matched based on temperament, structure, household fit, grooming commitment, buyer goals, and each puppy’s individual development.
Families are welcome to share preferences for color or sex, but the right match comes first.
Companion puppies
Expected price
$3,500
Our expected price for a companion Alpenglow Cocker puppy is $3,500.
This reflects the planning, health testing, veterinary care, supplies, time, grooming foundations, early development, and ongoing breeder support that go into raising a carefully bred litter.
Final pricing, reservation fees, and contract details will always be explained clearly before anyone commits to a puppy.

Details may vary by litter, but future Alpenglow puppies are expected to go home with age-appropriate care, clear records, and breeder support.

Registration and breeding
Companion does not mean couch-only.
Most Alpenglow puppies are placed as companion puppies on limited AKC registration and are not sold for breeding.
Companion puppies are still welcome to enjoy obedience, rally, agility, scent work, Fast CAT, therapy work, hiking, travel, hunting or field work, and other activities that fit the dog and family.
American Cocker Spaniels are sporting dogs, and we love seeing them use their brains, bodies, and natural ability in healthy ways.
Co-ownership opportunities
For select homes.
As our program grows, we may occasionally place select show or breeding prospects in carefully chosen co-owner homes.
This is a limited, relationship-based opportunity, not a large-scale guardian-home setup.
The right co-owner home will love the dog as their own while also supporting the future of Alpenglow and the breed.
Travel home
Pickup in Salt Lake City.
Alpenglow puppies are available for pickup in the Salt Lake City area.
For families flying in, pickup may also be arranged at Salt Lake City International Airport when appropriate.
Safe, calm, age-appropriate travel is part of helping a puppy start off well in their new home.
Lifetime responsibility
Our dogs always have a safety net.
An Alpenglow dog should never be surrendered to a shelter, rescue, or third party without contacting us first.
If an owner is ever unable to keep their dog, we want to be involved in helping make sure the dog is safe and cared for.
